We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Access, Amex, Diners, Delta, Switch, Cash and Cheques accompanied by a banker's card. Cheques should be made payable to "Penmorvah Manor Hotel"

Rooms are normally available for occupancy at 3 pm on the day of arrival. Rooms to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Guests occupying rooms after this time may be charged extra.

Please note that the hotel is non-smoking

We appreciate that circumstances arise causing cancellations or curtailment of a booking. Whilst we make every effort to re-let the accommodation, we reserve the right to charge up to two-thirds of the appropriate tariff for any period we are unable to let. Deposits are non-returnable. For your protection we recommend taking out holiday insurance cover - details can be sent on request.
