DIRECTIONS FOR APPROACH BY CAR
From Truro take A39 to Falmouth. At Treluswell roundabout, go straight across to Treleiver roundabout. Take exit signposted Falmouth and Penryn A39. At Kernick roundabout, follow A39 to Hillhead roundabout. Take 2nd exit signposted Maenporth, Mawnan Smith, Constantine, Budock Water 1¼ miles.
Follow road and take the first turning right after the Falmouth Town football club signposted Budock Water. Proceed through Budock Water to end of the village until you reach an s-bend. Approximately 100 metres on the left is the driveway to Penmorvah Manor.
