All cottages have full gas central heating, courtyard lighting, fitted kitchen with fridge and microwaves, colour televisions, pine furnishings and double sofa beds.
		Two bedroom cottages have en-suite showers rooms and separate bathrooms, one bedroom cottage has luxury shower room.

Prices are inclusive of all utilities, gas central heating and bed linen (not towels).

COTTAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT
A deposit of £100 per unit is required to secure all reservations. This may be made over the telephone by using a credit/debit card or by cheque through the post. Cheques should be made payable to Penmorvah Manor Hotel.

PAYMENT
We accept the following credit cards: Amex, Mastercard and Visa (please note that payments made by credit card will incur a 1% charge). Also accepted are Cash, Cheques, Delta and Switch.

CANCELLATIONS
We appreciate that circumstances arise causing cancellations or curtailment of a booking. Whilst we make every effort to re-let accommodation, we reserve the right to charge up to two-thirds of the appropriate tariff for any period we are unable to let. Deposits are non-returnable. For your protection we recommend taking out holiday insurance cover - details are enclosed with confirmation.

ARRIVAL
The Cottages are normally available for occupancy at 3pm on the day of arrival. Cottages are to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Please note that all of the cottages are non-smoking.
